Devinti M. Williams is Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of The Law Offices of D.M. Williams, P.C.
Devinti is a graduate of Alabama A & M University and The Cumberland School of Law, of Samford University. His legal experience consists of the practice of law with the Arizona Corporation Commission, the U.S. Intelligence Community in Washington, D.C., and the National Aeronautics & Space Administration at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, where he served as a staff attorney and the Special Assistant U.S. Attorney for Marshall Space Flight Center prior to his departure from government service.
He is licensed to practice law in Arizona and Alabama. He is a member of the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, and the Bar of the U.S. Supreme Court.
Devinti has a long list of academic excellence awards and leadership achievements. Some of his past awards include: Who’s Who Among High School Students Award; Who’s Who Among Students in Universities Award; Who’s Who Among Law School Students Award; Alabama A&M University Leadership Award; and numerous professional awards for sustained performance while employed with NASA.
His leadership experience consists of having served as the president of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Delta Gamma Chapter, Alabama A&M University; as the operations officer for the Alabama A&M University Bulldog ROTC Battalion; as assistant regimental operations officer, 29th Infantry Regiment, Ft. Benning, GA; and as a chapter and national officer with the Federal Bar Association.
Devinti’s philosophy of the practice of law and business operation is to conduct himself with character, integrity, and discretion, and just as he would expect to be dealt with himself, to always be candid and truthful with clients concerning their legal issues.
